This composition, which features the imperial coat of arms, has been attributed to The Decorative Designers of New York City. A rather romanticized biography of the German emperor. Minor fading and rubbing at the spine head and tail, else a near-Fine copy, tight and bright, with sound hinges and intact endpapers.
