It is 26x30, without the frame.  My Mother bought it at an auction in Southern Cal.  That had to be in the '50's.  I was living in Northern Cal  at that time.  We now live in Kansas City, Kansas.

We all love the painting,  and would only give it up if it were worth a great deal.  We would like to know what the value is in any event. If you are  in Kansas, City -ever, we would be happy to show it to you  or the Heatleys. It hangs over our fireplace,   and it looks wonderful. 

We just had the painting cleaned and re-stretched, as the old stretcher bars were doing some damage.  They rebacked and restretched the painting and put it back in the original frame.
